Reach a wider market with our advertising plan.  We will host pictures & description of your property - as well as your contact information for a low weekly charge. We will also direct potential tenants to our site by utilizing traditional media. Includes promotional listing in college papers.

Tenant finder service - Free until filled, 1/2 months rent

No cost until the property is filled. We will take pictures of your property, advertise & screen all potential tenants. Once you approve the tenant we will complete the lease, collect the security depost & rent.  Affordable Home charges one half the first months rent, with no additional fees.
